Mediations

Half-Day Mediation. Lambrecht Dispute Resolution charges $2,000 per half day (4 hours) for mediations. The half-day fee includes the pre-mediation consultation, travel time, pre-conference reading time and four hours of conference time. Half-day matters start at 9:00 a.m. and/or 1:00 p.m.  Each participant’s share of the total amount due must be received 14 days before the mediation in order to guarantee the mediation date and time. The attorneys and clients are jointly and severally responsible to Lambrecht Dispute Resolution for all fees and costs.

Full-Day Mediation. Lambrecht Dispute Resolution charges $4,000 per full day (8 hours) for mediations. The full-day fee includes the pre-mediation consultation, travel time, pre-conference reading time and eight hours of conference time. Full-day matters start at 9:00a.m.  Each participant’s share of the total amount due must be received 14 days before the mediation in order to guarantee the mediation date and time. The attorneys and clients are jointly and severally responsible to Lambrecht Dispute Resolution for all fees and costs.

Extra Time. Lambrecht Dispute Resolution reserves the right to charge for extra preparation, conference and follow-up time at a rate of $500 per hour.  After the mediation has concluded, Lambrecht Dispute Resolution will send a supplemental invoice, which is due and payable upon receipt. The attorneys and clients are jointly and severally responsible to Lambrecht Dispute Resolution for all fees and costs.

Locations. Bruce is available to conduct mediation sessions at counsel’s offices throughout Washington and Arizona. If neither counsel has offices that can accommodate everyone, Bruce will assist the parties with locating a facility that meets the needs of everyone. If it is necessary to reserve a facility, any costs associated with the location will be evenly split among the parties.

Cancellations. If the mediation is cancelled seven days or less before the scheduled date, Lambrecht Dispute Resolution will refund one-half of the fee paid by the parties, less any location fees. The attorneys and clients are jointly and severally responsible to Lambrecht Dispute Resolution for all fees and costs.

Arbitrations

Fees and Costs. Lambrecht Dispute Resolution charges $295/hour for arbitrations. The hourly rate will be billed for pre-arbitration reading time, meeting with the parties, conducting the arbitration, and follow-up time to review evidence and prepare an award. Fees and costs will be allocated evenly to the parties. Any different allocation pursuant to contract or agreement must be submitted to Lambrecht Dispute Resolution at the time of scheduling. The attorneys and clients are jointly and severally responsible to Lambrecht Dispute Resolution for all fees and costs.

Locations. Bruce is available to conduct arbitration sessions at counsel’s offices throughout Washington and Arizona, or at the arbitrator’s offices in Edmonds, Washington or Scottsdale, Arizona. If neither counsel has offices that can accommodate everyone, Bruce will assist the parties with locating a facility that meets the needs of everyone. If it is necessary to reserve a facility, any costs associated with the location will be evenly split among the parties.

Cancellations. If the arbitration is cancelled seven days or less before the scheduled date, Lambrecht Dispute Resolution will charge a two-hour fee ($590), in addition to any location costs.
